It feels like not just the cord is frayed...i hope that perhaps one day it can be remade..thicker..stronger..away from any troubles that are not our own..a powerful poem...what is not directly said speaks volumes

I hear your breath
separate in the bed
waiting for a signal
bickering
was tiresome
Could you still love me?
I twisted the soft frayed cord
it's use depended on your answer
when you awakened.
