Animals are strange creatures, right? We find nothing odd about having pets, other species that we live with but when animals do it, it find it amusing. My sister had a chicken that prefers to live with the ducks, so she does.
That's so cool. He really sits there like he's right at home. Those are his chickens. I guess you better be kind to them. You weren't planning on having one for dinner, were you?
That is too precious! I love it when animals peacefully coexist with one another; it gives me hope that mankind will learn to do the same someday. I fear animals are smarter, so not sure mankind will catch on!

[Image] Marcy calls him Pretty Boy. He has moved in with the chickens and they don't mind a bit. He eats scraps with them and also enjoys the laying pellets.
There is a small space where he can come and go and we fear something bad will find the spot. We do not close it because Pretty Boy seems so content.
We did have mice tunneling in the chicken house but I doubt we have them now.

How cool . He is the guardian of the chicken house. I love to see animals get along.

I'm happy the chickens aren't afraid of him. It's nice to see different animals getting along. Now why can't humans follow suit?

HAHA!! He is their protector...a symbiotic relationship, with the mice and scraps!
