There was a snake in the garden once and I freaked out. Hubs, my great defender, says, "Don't scare the snake! They're good for the garden!" I could have smacked him. LOL
That's why I try to relocate all spiders instead of stepping on them like most people do. And I don't kill snakes. Heck, I don't kill anything except stink bugs and lady bugs (Asian lady beetles.) Oh yeah, and flies. Yuk.

I wouldn't mind a toad and a frog. I haven't seen either one. A lizard would be too much to ask for.
