I've been missing in action for a couple of days so I missed and had to go back and read the last post. Is it any wonder depression is a part of fibromyalgia when you're dealing with so many disheartening and painful symptoms? I think not.

I hope you're feeling better and that you get to enjoy some of your time off.

Thanks for the laugh of the day...tiny prick, indeed!

I would of smacked the docter, they act as though its nothing what they do to us sometimes. one time I was being poked and prodded so much I asked the doctor if they want to go in my place, guess what the reaction was yeahI figured as much they are big babies when they have to go through this being used as a pin cushion ! I hope you feel better I am an E-mail away my friend . Take it easy !

Oh,you poor sweet thing. That puts a whole new spin on Over the River and Through the Woods!!! It's not fair when the cure is worse than the problem. Ouch...ouch....oh sh**.
I had those tears at the dentist when the anesthesia didn't work and they were taking the tooth.... I know that awkward feeling. Sympathy, well, and empathy to you.
Merry Christmas (?) Hopefully it will feel better and better.... but DON"T USE IT! Follow his orders so it stays better!!!

A bum arm sure puts the kabosh on what you can do, but then it also is a good excuse to sit on the couch and watch movies. Rest, and have a good weekend.

I hope you manage to rest that arm, Gail, and take advantage of your time off. It sure wasn't a very pleasurable time you had. Thank goodness for your great sense of humor. I hope it manages to see you through the worst of it. Be good! XOX

A tiny prick, eh? lol! I adore your sense of humor, even when times get tough.
But like you said at least you still have both arms and you got to enjoy the scenic (and now more safe) route to and from.

And I hate to tell you this, but Jax had a broken arm when he was 8 years old (5 broken ribs at the same time) and he didn't even cry, just a few whimpers.
I cry and wince more when I'm in pain now, than when I was a young chick. We're not so tough when we get older are we?

I'm sorry you're having to go through such pain and inconvenience, especially right before the holidays. Feel better soon.

(((hugs)))

Ye-ouch! I do hope your arm and wrist get better quickly. I think doctors get so used to people in pain, it ceases to bother them. I hope you can enjoy the rest of your December.

Yoga truly helped heal my tendentious. I was in just awful pain nested my arm in a pillow for most of one summer. 'Just sayin'...

Pretty sure the doc WAS talking about himself when he mentioned 'just a little prick here'---stupid doctors. I dread anytime I ever have to go to one. I particularly hate it when the first thing that ask is,"So, what seems to be the problem?" If I knew that, I wouldn't be there. Idiots.

I'm glad it felt better by this post. Hope it's all better by now!
