We're still at a 9" deficit for the year but at least the cooler temps are here. Our peppers are still producing but that's it in the garden. Except for the flowers. They're still pretty.

It is so dry everywhere! We had fires start all over our area on Friday evening from lightning strikes! One is in our valley! It has been a weekend of worry!

We're expecting rain on Wednesday after a week or so without. We don't really need the rain, but it will be pleasant anyway. I hope you get your rain soon. It will be good for your pastures, no doubt.
