Pepper Nipper has a wonderful talent of diggin' holes just the right size for my itty~bitty foot to fit in and twist my ankle right down to the ground. Maybe I should watch for 'em instead of puttin' my throttle down full speed ahead.
Oh girl, we were soooo close to ya Friday. We were on the last leg of our trip home from Brownsville (callin' it my 'workcation). We drove right by your grandsons football stadium. I gave ya a holler...did ya catch it???
God bless ya sweetie and have an awesome week! :o)
Despite the damage they may do, it is great fun to watch a dog digging for something. I love the way they stop and listen for a while.... then begin with a renewed burst of energy. We had a wonderful mutt that would go after moles. She's start with her snout plowing through the mole track until the mole went south. Then, she'd dig like mad. She caught quite a few.
Miggy used to dig as a pup but now she doesnt. But she loves to play in a pile of leaves and bury herself in them lol Great shots. Come out, come out where ever you are ! I know your in there !!!
Ah yes . . . my backyard is filled with those holes . . . When I clear the yard of doggy poopoo, I dump it in those holes and cover it with dirt. That stops them from digging any more in THAT hole. But they just dig another one . . . :-)

We had Border terriers when I was a kid, and I swear that my strongest memory of them is tail deep down a rabbit hole.
