Wow Gail you are a long timer:) I love the fact that we found each other. She is indeed talented it is funny one of my photos is hanging in a gallery in Australia in water colour and it feels humbling doesn't it? I am off to check out her sight. Congrats my friend Hug B
This is really a nice sketch - Dip Dip is most talented and I hope that is a copy you have. Yes, it is wonderful that people become friends through blogging. I am amazed to have found you and your lovely family. I would never have thought in a million years that at my age, I would have friends in Arkansas - this post just makes my day beautiful, gazing at the sketch. Thank you for sharing, hi to all and hugz to M....
Wowee, wow, wow. I have always wanted to be able to draw....however, not in my skill set. She is indeed very talented. Congrats on your longevity here in bloglandia. I remember the first time I saw your comment on another persons site and thought, hmmmmm, I wanna see what else she has to say. Sure am glad I follow my instincts. Oma Linda
Thank you for showing my grasshopper picture Gail. Your photos always inspire me and your funny captions always make me smile. The best thing about our friendship though is your wise words of advice always make me feel better. Lynne x
Congrats on the post count WOOHOO ! I will have to pop over and visit this lovely lady in the UK ! My mum was a seamstress when she was in England also my background . Thanks for featuring . Have a good day !
How flattering to have someone ask to sketch your photo. And a lovely pic it is. Not only is the grasshopper a little cutie, but so is that pepper he's sitting on. I fear pepper time is drawing to a close. It certainly is pretty outside though. Enjoy the cool weather.
That is just the cutest piece of art! I also saw some very cool artistic endeavors on the walls when I met this lovely barefooted friend in in Arkansas somewhere very close to Heaven! :-) XOXO
What a beautiful sketch! And congrats on your 2,192 post!

I've been blogging since September '09. This is my two-thousandth one hundredth ninety-second post on At The Farm. I have a few followers and have met many wonderful people. I am grateful every day for those who visit. Thank you.
One lady whom I call friend even though we've never met lives in the United Kingdom with her husband and three beautiful dogs. She writes Dip-Dip and The Bridge and is a talented seamstress with talent in many other fields. Her Mini-Mes are everywhere and now this amazing women is sketching.
...and that's why this grasshopper is shown again. She asked my permission to sketch it.

This lady is amazing.
Stop by and say hello.

Gail,
Mum's sketch of your picture is beautiful.
I visited her blog, and love all her dogs.

So cool!! I would frame them in one frame side by side. Your photo talent and her drawing talent side by side. I will stop by and say hi.
