That is for sure a dream home. Not to be a downer, but after seeing all the flood damage this past summer, I don't think I would build like that. But before I saw what I saw - I would do that in a heartbeat. Something about the water...

The house is on the bank of the water and the bridge leads to the island. Click to enlarge and you can see the island in the first and second picture. If I had gotten closer, I would have been trespassing. Around here, that is a serious offense.
