I don't know about you, but when I see dreamy houses like that my mind seems to go to a happy place as I imagine living there. This particular house looks especially dreamy!
That is for sure a dream home. Not to be a downer, but after seeing all the flood damage this past summer, I don't think I would build like that. But before I saw what I saw - I would do that in a heartbeat. Something about the water...
The house is on the bank of the water and the bridge leads to the island. Click to enlarge and you can see the island in the first and second picture. If I had gotten closer, I would have been trespassing. Around here, that is a serious offense.
What a pretty spot..and the house is marvelous..I love it..it has character..and the Island too..something about an Island that I really like:) Beautiful Fall colors! :)
Looks like the perfect peaceful place for a dream house filled with character.
What a lovely dream.
Have a gorgeous day!

There used to be a field here. The spring from Spring Mill feeds the pond. It was built large enough to water ski on and the owners did.
[Image]The previous owners built this place using all recycled lumber and tin,
[Image]I've always loved it. It’s peaceful.[Image]The bridge leads to an island.Absolutely beautifuland the water goes on forever.

I would love to live in a place like that. Does anyone live there now?
It is just beautiful. I love a tin roof so much.

I simply don't see the attraction of the house. It looks like an overgrown shed.
