Narciso Rodriguez's S/S 2014 Collection brings inventive tailoring to hemlines and silhouettes.  He incorporates something he'd dubbed as the "half-skirt" to his collection.  He's also using textures and materials which he calls "a new kind of lace," designs bonded to lace.
