If you are looking for Spring/Summer inspired makeup, check out the bright lips and fresh face.  I know most people even if they liked bold lipsticks wouldn't wear two shades of bright lips at the same time but maybe you could rotate between the two shades.  
I always like to keep the eyes more neutral like above but try these shades of bright colors.
