[Image]Mmm mmm.. Lately, I've been obssesed with the delicious French Toast... Hong Kong style! The Deep-fried French Toast is filled with creamy Peanut Butter and covered in Golden Syrup and melting butter... yumm!

Couple of days ago, I had the French Toast here in Brisbane... with a 'lil twist, instead of peanut butter filling, it had Kaya! :D~~~ If you don't already know, Kaya is a jam made from coconut milk, eggs which are flavored by pandan leaf and sweetened with sugar. It taste sweet and creamy, available as a golden brown or green colored spread depending on the amount of pandan and extent of carmelization of the sugar.
IMHO, it actually taste better with kaya than peanut butter. *urp* hehe
