     I wear my Carhartt chore coat with a Vote Hemp logo embroidered on it almost everywhere in the late fall, winter, and early spring here in Maine. It's a great converstion starter, as is my Vote Hemp Logo Hemp Hat. One of the most commonly asked questions about the jacket is if it's made out of hemp.

     Unfortunately, no it's not. I'd love to have a Carhartt hemp jacket, union made in the United States, made with hemp grown here, too. But if that were possible I would not lobbying for hemp to be grown in the U.S, would I now? Some day...
