I've worked on Predictas for 15 years and NEVER seen one of these?

Ross -- I simply grabbed images off the Web, so know nothing about sources. Google in Images mode and perhaps something will turn up.

The reason for the mirror-top design of some of the first TV sets was that the early picture tubes had an extremely long neck. To keep the cabinet's front-to-back measurement within practical limits, the picture tube was mounted vertically with the image end at the top.

I'm willing to bet that picture of the Philco Predicta is possibly a proto type, but more than likely was photo shopped. I have been collecting and selling vintage audio gear and televisions for over 30 years and have never seen a Predicta like that one , ever.
