I guess I'm not the only one who thought the bit about sympathy for Nazi philosophy was a bit odd. I would think there is a certain element of implicitness in the anti-gay tendency of your average espouser of Nazi philosophy - a large portion of the WWII Nazi leadership excepted of course, at least in private anyway.

Actually, I read this yesterday in the Pioneer Press while having breakfast - but the article is by Elizabeth Mehren of the L.A. Times: "Robida, a high school dropout, had expressed sympathy for Nazi philosophy, but had not voiced prejudice against gays, according to his friends." What? I think if you like Nazi philosophy, unless you go around positively espousing your love of the handicapped, gays, gypsies, and Jews, your general opinion of them can be deduced. I read another article where a writer referred to Robida's collection of Nazi items as Nazi "regalia"...it was Nazi crap...probably knockoffs. Quit trying to make it sound like he was some sort of serious collector with a deep philosophy he backed up by surrounding himself with precious items.
