You forget, I played trumpet longer than I played french horn. Plus, I also played the coronet, and had occasion to play mellophone, frumpet (I'm not making that name up, even though it sounds like a Dr. Suess creation) and flugelhorn during my french horn tenure as well. I think just makes me adventurous & well rounded in my, um, musical inclinations, thank you very much :)

I think you do protest too much - and you failed to bring up the obvious assertion that I dated a number of french horn players.
I don't think you played the frumpt until after you got a star on thar, though.
