I think that slogan was actually started by an Eagan attorney - ah, yes, here we go, Debra Repya (Star Tribune requires login).  I hope she's still convinced - of course she probably rationalizes that at least U.S. women's rights aren't being trampled by U.N. hegemony.   "Bush AWOL As 250 World Leaders Reaffirm Women's Rights"
