The operator most likely works out of Pakistan. Same problem with Virgin Mobile, AT&t, etc.

Also, suppose "O" gets a return message that this particular warrior will not obey an unconstitutional order. Does the President keep firing people until he gets one that WILL violate the constitution? Or does the soldier get protection from the constitution by protecting and defending said constitution?

Enlisted folks take an oath to also follow the orders of POTUS .. officers do not. So it may be that at some time, the enlisted may end up with issues with their officers. The military ... fighting socialism via a socialist organization. Laughable that any military members will actually fight to defend the constitution.

People have often said that Obama's been running the second Carter administration but I see him picking up a lot of Nixon's moves and I'm not the only one who does. Notice the similarities between some of the Day By Day cartoons of Obama's white house and those of Doonesbury's Nixon White House during the Watergate days.

Good question, Mike -- and a good answer. But is the officer speaking from his heart, or from a Pentagon script?
if O fires him, that puts him on our side of the fence in a more permanent fashion. he takes his knowledge with him, and hopefully he passes it on to us when we need it. we win.

C-SPAN just did a morning interview show with COL John Petkosek, commander of the Asymmetric Warfare Training Center at Fort A.P. Hill.
There were a lot of calls filled with angst over Jade Helm, many of them poorly phrased. One caller pooh-poohed the idea that the American army would ever again fight in cities. Riiiight, I thought. I finally got in, first time in my life, almost at the end of the show. My question was this:
MBV: Colonel, I want to congratulate you on your facility there. It's remarkable. It's obviously state of the art. My son just left the active army after three tours of Iraq and one of Afghanistan and I want to say I'm with you and with Plato, who said "Only the dead have seen the end of war." We can't predict exactly what's going to happen but I think what you're hearing in the voices of the people who have called you today is the growing suspicion that the National Command Authority is in the hands of the domestic enemies of the Constitution. My question to you is quite simple and direct: "What do you do when faced with an unconstitutional order?"
COL Petkosek: Well, Mike, we've got an obligation to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and fortunately I've not had to face that moral dilemma and say, "Hey, what choice do I make between some order and, you know, the parameters as they're outlined by the Constitution?" And I raised my hand and said I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and that's what I'm charged. And as you talked about, that's what our soldiers sign up for.
There was more to the answer, but that's the gist. (And by the way, C-SPAN, it's Pinson, Alabama, not "Hinson, Alabama." I gave you my zip code twice, and spelled it for you twice. What's the big deal?)
"Hey, for the first time in my life I got on C-SPAN with a question. "That's what our soldiers sign up for.""
