Our son was the president of the Cossacks in Waco. He was shot in the abdomen by a 5.56 mm firearm.The conference was meeting at this restaurant to discuss bikers' rights and road safety. Think A.B.A.T.E. Although they were not part of the group, they were invited by the Bandidos. The Bandidos had issued an ultimatum that all clubs must pay the Bandidos $100 per rider, per month, for the "privilege" to wear their "colors" in the state of Texas. The Cossacks refused to pay extortion to anyone. See, they believed they were still United States citizens, and had the right to fly their colors without answering to any tyrant. The Bandidos used the venue to ambush the Cossacks and use them as an example. The Waco cops, being who they are, knew of the plot, and used the spray & pray method of their form of "justice". The members of the Cossacks are not criminals. They aren't even an outlaw club.

If all the wounds were accounted for by now,
how many were handgun rounds?
Nobody said the bikers were carrying m16s.
So, my guess is the murders were by non-bikers.....
