Mike I was there along with my sons It was a great honor to meet you and have a photo with you and my sons .
In every event there is an absolute pinnacle of the event . And when your "die trying " statement was spoken it sent a shock waves through the crowd . As much as I dislike the Seattle PI they were correct when they said that you were the most fiery . You see Mike , in Washington State we like our weather bland and our politicians blander . You changed all that with your open and honest fiery remarks . People had come to hear some red meats speeches . Other speeches were polite, but not spoken from the heart and soul . Yours Mike was the one they will all take away with .I was astounded to see so many young people carrying long rifles and pistols . You see Washington State is developing a new breed of young people . I guess you could call them Progressive Libertarians . They simply want government out of their lives entirely. There is a reason Hunger Games movie is so wildly popular.Have you just sown the seeds of insurrection in these young peoples minds ? Time will surely tell.
I made some very important network contacts and will be meeting with some folks after the first of the year . The brush fires Samuel Adams spoke about all those years ago have been lit and the full heat of their impact has yet to be felt ..

Great words, Mike, as always.
Wish I could have been there in person but wasn't possible.
Thank you for coming to Washington and bringing your strength with you to share with others.

Great speech! We will obey these new gun laws just as much as Wisconsin obeyed the Fugitive Slave Act!

That left me with a lump in my throat when I watched you give it, Mike. Thanks for building up our courage to stand in the face of tyranny wherever in the Founder's Republic it rears its ugly head.

Outstanding speech. You definitely have a gift with words and a good understand of the issues we face.

The number of people who showed up is also heartening.

Let me add some friendly advice to others, which I try to practice myself as much as possible. Pardon the length of the following, but I believe it's important:

1. Memento mori! We all have to die someday, whether by bullets, heart attack, stroke, cancer, or whatever. We should reflect on this as much as possible, come to terms with it, and conquer our fear of dying.

It's not how long we live that matters; it's what we stand for while we do live, and the effect on the world we leave behind. We shouldn't be reckless with our lives, but we need to remember that life is temporary, and staying alive is not our highest purpose.

We also need to explain this to our loved ones. I fear that if the SHTF, many people will surrender not primarily due to fear for their personal safety, but because they're afraid of leaving wives widowed and children orphaned. But what's the alternative? Submission, followed by a lifetime of slavery for our children? And eventually your children will have to deal with your death anyway!

2. We should all do our best to stay in shape and take care of our health. Without a doubt, those with poor health will still be able to contribute to the struggle. But those who still have their health and physical conditioning need to guard it jealously.

3. Be prepared with the right tools: rifle, handgun, ammo, and gear. In particular, if you buy an AR-15/M4, don't assume it's reliable just because it has never malfunctioned during slow fire at the range! Do your homework and find out from professional trainers which rifle brands hold up and which will break something at the worst possible time. For now, here are some recommended ARs: Bravo Company Manufacturing (BCM), Colt, Daniel Defense, Larue, Lewis Machine & Tool (LMT), and Noveske.

Athough it's not the most accurate or most lethal ammo, keep a good amount of M855 in stock. It's the closest thing to true AP ammo readily available to civilians. If you can get true .308 AP bullets for reloading, all the better!

For gear questions I highly recommend the forum M4carbine.net. It's full of statist pigs and mindless "War on Terror" dupes, but many of the members have access to valuable inside knowledge about which firearms, ammo, and gear have been tested and proven in government trials. For example, poster DocGKR (a dental surgeon who became a terminal ballistics guru) is very pedantic, rather pompous, and a "true believer" in the fascist "War on Terror" and "warrior cop" mentality. Yet he has a wealth of ballistics testing experience under his belt. Take his advice on ammo selection seriously.

4. Be paranoid about all communications and all electronic devices. Anything capable of connecting to a network is capable of being used to spy on you -- even when it's turned off, provided it still has a power supply. Put a band-aid over that laptop camera.

5. Study The Art of War by Sun Tzu. Those who want to take your freedom have.
