We just need to change their names to the modern day criminals: Bloomberg, Holder, J.P.Morgan Chase, Citibank, Obummer, Reid and countless others who are robbing the American Citizens of their wealth. Need to put this into perspective as to just who the criminals are.

Alabama (Crimson Tide) tried to mess with Arkansas and barely came out of it alive. (Only a 1-point victory)

Six young men were given the credit for having "killed on and mortally wounded two others." They were Ernest Jordan, Constable Homer Brittain, Joe McKinney, Jesse Littrell, Robert Bowman and Sam Harmon Though all six owned and kept at hand in their places of business either hand pistols or shotguns, not one of them had ever seriously considered an eventuality which would necessitate their use against another human being.

"As it should be."

Buying the farm? These days I say, "purchased agricultural land" or "rectified their lead deficiency." Great job by citizen defenders, but what an eerie resemblance in the narrative to the tale of the James' gangs attempt at bank robbery in Northfield, Minnesota.

We once were a nation of fearless men. It is good to read such things and maybe if it showed up in some class rooms we would not have a Ferguson right now.

Of course that all happened prior to Arkansas becoming the government dependent, welfare recipient, high tax and completely corrupt state that it is today.

What's striking is that these boys could shoot. 5 robbers, lots of hits. Compare that to the woeful state of most New York marksmanship ratings after armed engagements in the street.

Sad thing Eureka Springs is now one of the liberal bastions in northern Arkansas.

Check your mailbox in a few days. Amazon is bringing you a couple books you should enjoy. Both authors are on the SPLC Bolshevik hit list, too.

Yep. Somewhat like the Northfield raid... Don't piss off an armed town.

In MN, they just handed out the guns and ammo from the local hardware store to any able bodied men interested in plugging some badly confused Missourian bank robbers. "Minnesota Nice" can mean MANY different things...
