Wow, unbelieveable***The Brady Bunch publishes restricted information and their liers(lawyers) are admonished!! I always thought only the best, the brightest, and the most honorable people were lawyers. Guess I didn't see this coming!
They are going to lose this suit. The dealer ran a background check on the buyer as required by law. A law named after Brady.
As a gun dealer, these kind of lawsuits bother me a lot. We are human. How are we supposed to know what Joe Dipshit, that passed a check is going to do with that gun after he leaves the store? We aren't mind readers.
The lawyers for the Brady bunch should be turned in to the ethics board and face disbarment. What they did is beyond despicable.

the real problem with posting stuff about a court case is that you set yourself up to lose the immunity that one has in a court case. Usually anything you file etc cannot be used against you. Now if you go out into the public and start showing what you have filed, then you can be sued as you, by posting stuff you filed, lose your immunity. Its called defamation lawsuits ... learn the rules of the game if you want to play ! And this stuff was not even admissible...even worse

Attorney breach stalls Milwaukee officers' gun store lawsuit
The Brady attorneys agreed to leave the case after it was disclosed that the organization posted information over the weekend that Conen had ruled inadmissible. Brady has since taken down the information in question, and it was not disclosed in open court. Conen discussed the matter off the record with attorneys in his chambers before coming into open court and making brief comments on the record, according to a transcript. . .
James Vogts, a Chicago attorney representing the owners of Badger Guns and Badger Outdoors, said the Brady attorneys had committed a "pure violation" of Wisconsin Supreme Court rules on attorney conduct with respect to pretrial publicity.
"Brady Center steps in fecal matter of their own creation, posts evidence on-line that judge ruled inadmissable."
