I suggest opposition to expanding multiple sales reporting. What BATFE needs is further oversight by Congress. The agency has need of serious control to the point I would support its disbanding if it were suggested. I have been monitoring The reports of suspected mismanagement of the agency brought by others, yet that has been ignored by both Congress and The Department of Justice. I even see the suggestions of malfeasance and possible criminal activity. I am just convinced the best possible outcome would in fact be the disbanding of the agency and placing its investigative duties to other law enforcement agencies.

What the ATF needs at the least is immediate adult supervision in the form of Congressional oversight beginning with the culpability of your Phoenix office in the murder of CPB Agent Brian Terry. Until that happens, the senior executive cowboys of "Project Gunwalker" do not need to be further emboldened or empowered. Neither do the lying criminals in the Chief Counsel's Office. Just ask the family of Brian Terry.
