"No big surprise to us, but Bill Morlin of SPLC was at the Liberty for All rally. The US Marshal's Service issues threats by way of SPLC. A reminder that the One Hundred Heads Life and Casualty Company has a group policy on Liberty for All."

Everyone every day is "subject to arrest" - but first they have to actually break the law.

The real law.

Sinole exercise of RIGHTS cannot BE breaking the law, the real law. And they KNOW IT, which is why they THREATEN arrest but then don't do so in the context of OPENLY declaring exercise. Remember the vets memorial being "closed"? Remember people delivering the barricades to the White House? Arrests were threatened then too UNTIL vets DECLARED that they were exercising THEIR RIGHTS!

Standing is created when you are accused - because you are enpowered BY RIGHT to defend yourself in court. Hurdle jumped. Now, when LEO knows UNQUESTIONABLY that declared exercise of rights is taking place - they don't dare ARREST handfuls of people. They ARE AFRAID to open that can of worms - judges threading as they may.

That SPLC "plan" comment is indeed telling - they are accepting the new reality - that THREATS are the best they can hope to accomplish.

Question - what spin will we witness when one of these gatherings generates hundreds upon hundreds and thousands upon thousands of openly carrying participants?

We need a WALL OF SHAME for all those SPLC (Sleazy Polecat Lying Characters) troublemakers. Put their faces in lights for all to see who they are.

Thanks for letting us know about this one.
