Just so you know BP Agent Terry was from Flat Rock, MI, Part of the Michigan 15 Congressional District, the Honorable John Dingell representing.

I have sent an emails to the Chiefs of Police of the Ecorse, Michigan Police Department and the Lincoln Park, MI. Police Department. Prior to going on the job with the BP, Agent Terry was a part time officer in these departments.

BP Agent Terry was also a United States Marine. My next note will be sent to the Commandant of the Marine Corp. I find it hard to believe that Marines would tolerate a lack of honor on the part of the civilian leadership when that leadership provided weapons to our enemies, that lead to the killing of one of their own.

If only the ATF was as good at putting weapons into the hands of honorable US citizens as it is in putting weapons in the hands of drug smugglers.

I hope Senator Grassley takes Holder and Melson both to the woodshed for a good a**woopin. Conduct like this by our government officials is totally unacceptable. I will be contacting the Senator today to let him know that he is doing the right and honorable thing. Something the Obama administration knows nothing about. Agent Terry deserves better.

I am going to start referring to the ATF forcing ffl's to make these purchases as the ATF loophole.

FYI - this was announced very quietly, especially compared to the fanfare when the arrests were made - but a federal prosecutor has dismissed all charges that an ATF agent hung around the shoulders of a number of Hmong ex-CIA assets and a retired American Lieutenant Colonel.

Reading between the lines, you can see that this whole deal was completely absurd.

20 or 30 years ago, the federal government would have stepped in and said, "Knock it off, guys," if such a plot really existed. However, nowadays the federal government takes a very simple concept and inflates it to create the most dramatic story possible.

My Texas Senators John Cornyn, Kay Baily Hutchison and Rep Ron Paul have been served with urgency several times. Even firm replies to their generic returns.

They have all been linked here and to the CUATF forums for any current/breaking details.

They are a misguided bunch.

I called IND Senator Dan Coats office today, staffer knew nothing, I requested an email addy to sent info to....new Senator no public email addy yet...yeah right.

Staffer listened, finally after mentioning the letters and trace documents here on SSI the staffer got interested and I got him to get on the net and go to SSI.

Seemed to be reading as we spoke and was going to send it up to his boss.

SO, check you url's and see if you had some US Senate log in's today, curious to know if we are making headway.

Keep up the good work.
