ScottJ is on the right track. Perhaps just like during WWII we can collect bacon grease, but use it for a new type of munitions. I like the idea of spraying it from crop dusters to cover acres of ground as an area-denial tactic. Or just tie a pig carcass to every 500lb bomb. Time to play dirty!

Plus, I think if an IED blows, your last concern will be a needle.
By the way - speaking of feces - you may have overlooked the announcement that Harry Reid will be taking a week off of his campaign travels to do a one man art show in San Francisco. The theme will be, "Original Tongue-Paintings done in Fecal Matter on Canvas". Contact Al Franken for complimentary tickets.

I agree with ScottJ....seemed to work pretty well for Pershing in the Philippines.
Have to wonder though how the smell of cooking bacon would mix with that of burnt gunpowder.... ;o)
Those of us old enough to remember agent orange jungle defoliant can perhaps envision a C130 spraying emulsified pork fat across the landscape of Afghanistan. But thats just me.

Seems like a psychological ploy more than an actual threat. The HIV virus is very weak and cannot survive long outside of a very narrow range of circumstances. Too hot, too cold, too dry, too much light - it dies.
Cold comfort to the mental state anyone who gets hit with tainted shrapnel, but the likelihood of infection would be very low.

DITTO.Great Idea Scott Just like a story I heard about Gen.(Black Jack)Pershing in the Philippines. He rounded up 100 Islamic Agitators and shot 99 of them with bullets dipped in pig blood and he then let the 100Th. agitator go free.Sounds like a plan to me.

Isn't it true that some of the things the terrorists do could be instructive for Americans, once the State finally destroys this country? Whenever I read articles about terrorists in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc., that's the first thought that enters my mind: they're fighting an enemy that we may need to fight one day.......

The story regarding Blackjack Pershing and his use of pigs against the Moros is unverifiable and probably apocryphal.
The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are by definition unwinnable because the feds can't seem to decide what would constitute victory. Particularly in Afghanistan, federal troops are simply being used as leverage by various tribes in order to gain advantage over each other. Moreover, neither war was ever being fought for American "freedom." The last time a federal army fought for American "freedom" was arguably in the War of 1812, when we were invaded by the British. The current misadventures in Araby are nothing more than casualty-factories for young American men.
We should abandon both countries and instead halt all immigration from Muslim countries. After a time the problem of Muslim terrorism would fix itself. Young men should be actively dissuaded from joining the Army, and those already enlisted who have orders for the Middle East should be encouraged to desert, IMO.
Having just read the last part of Witchwood's comment, I know that it will provoke cries of outrage. As a Viet Nam-era Army veteran(I saw no combat), I would sadly have to agree. Today's young men and women are faced with a non-existent job market thanks to NAFTA and outsourcing, which is the result of corporate bribery of politicians. The only opportunity open to them is miltary service, if they want to obtan funds for a college education. This feeds the police force for the NWO, to protect globalist corporate profit. I have lost three excellent students this June. One to the Marines and two to the Army. Their parents could not afford to send them to college. The job market here in southern Oregon is almost non-existent. So hi-ho, hi-ho off to the Mid-East we go. Do not sacrifice your sons and daughters to the corporate Moloch. War is a racket. Just ask Smedley Butler.

I still say our boys should be dipping their rounds in pork fat over there.
As a boolit caster maybe I should develop some pork fat based lube to sell as a novelty item.

The Taliban method of biowarfare is rather inept. It is a psychological ploy as hypodermic needles don't make the best shrapnel.
That being said bioweapons are the great equalizer... I need say no more.
