I read the Daily Mail because at least some news is put up on that site that would not be available on fifth column MSM, and IMHO, that 'story' was exactly that, just a story designed by the Daily Mail to get the results it was after. There were just as many Americans, Australians and Canadians as the Brits who provided the negative comments. One must remember that when the SHTF all those who believe that firearms bring nothing but evil will be the first to surrender to the enemy, and at a time that no one will be able to save them, let alone care about their fate.
That is just the way of the world.
