"It makes you wonder what they're going to do with all those magazines," Jauregui said.

No, it doesn't. They're going to kill people with them.

Meanwhile the exquisitely hypocritical good ole U.S. of A. is in a third war now to supposedly (if you believe the lies) "protect civilians".

Like the hundreds killed in Mexico. With guns sent there intentionally. Hmmm. By the George Bush / Obama ROE, we have supported the terrorists in Mexico (leading to civilian deaths), and should be invaded and bombed into submission.

The irony is so thick, I can't stand it.

"I am writing to MEMORIALIZE [emphasis mine BC] my serious concerns "
Cummings is a JD and he cannot write any better than that? He wants to "COMMEMORATE/PRESERVE THE MEMORY OF" his concerns? I would have expected him to want to EXPRESS his concerns, or advise Congressman Issa of his concerns, not commemorate them.

Isn't this the same knothead who was worried that Guam would capsize if everyone went to the same side of the island at the same time?

I pity the people who he "represents". How did he get a law degree with no better command of the English language than that?

Sheesh!

This thing just keeps getting better! Now we have concrete proof, thanks to Wikileaks, that the US government absolutely knew that cartel guns were coming from central America. They were saying one thing in private and another in public, in a conspiracy to infringe upon Americans' 2nd Amendment freedoms.

This criminal regime in Washington needs to be taken down.

Oh dear, they should've joined the appropriate guild.

"This criminal regime in Washington needs to be taken down."

"All Power corrupts..." (Lord Acton); re-assert the appropriate limits on their powers, and it doesn't matter so much who is in there and how corrupt they are, the damage which they can do is limited.

Re stating Lord Acton as; "All who are corrupt seek power, and those who are absolutely corrupt, seek absolute power",

suggests, that once the powers are restored within their proper boundaries and with their correct separations, then politics will be less appealing for those who are corrupt.

I guess it's a chicken and egg situation. Problem seems to be that too many people appear to think that with the right person as dictator, utopia will be achieved.

To Bad Cyborg X,

Legal Definition of Memorial:

MEMORIAL - A petition or representation made by one or more individuals to a legislative or other body. When such instrument is addressed to a court, it is called a petition.

Cummings used the term correctly.

Only solution to get the answers Issa et al want and need, if they have the brass cajones enough =
TOTALLY DEFUND THE ATF!!
No more money for anything - period!
Operations, salaries, wages, supplies - anything.

Since they are a totally un-Constitutional agency anyway, I shed no tears for anybody that works within the ATF. Especially those up on the Fifth Floor of the Concrete Asshole of the Universe.
