Off topic but interesting:

Remember the sub plot of the BLM / Bundy ranch standoff where the Feds were supposedly protecting the endangered Sonoran Desert Tortoise? Well that animal has managed a stunning recovery and is being removed from the Endangered Species List.

I guess they're going to have to claim that the Bundy's are molesting children and marrying underage girls. Oops! Never mind! That one's already been done!

Every time these yoyos start talking like this, gun sales take a big leap upward. Ruger and Smith Wesson stocks both picked up points today on anticipation of sales increases. (Smith & Wesson Hldg Corp +7.28%, Sturm Ruger & Co Inc +2.62%). Ammo manufacturers did OK too. (Orbital A T K Inc. +1.59%, Olin Corp + .17%).

I also think most of these 'surge' purchases are "never before" new gun owners adding to our numbers. Gonna make ammo hard to find again for a while when all these new gun owners go to the range., But overall, this is great! Keep talkin' you stupid 'wanna be gun grabbers'. You are only adding to our ranks!

She's so desperate that she looks like she's about ready to throw in the kitchen sink. However, she could still try to upstage Bernie Sanders with some more socialist bona fides by promising a chicken in every pot (although then she might be accused of being French or, much worse, a Republican). She should stick to promising "everything and a kite" (without any intended offense here to Ray Romano).

Open treason. Why do we tolerate this? She is openly calling for violation of the U.S. Constitution. Didn't this demon-possessed pus sack take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution? How is it that she can openly call for violating the Constitutionally protected rights of all Americans? Sedition? Why isn't this woman being tried and hand for crimes against America? UNBELIVABLE. And we tolerate this shit?

I'll go for bringing back the ability to sue gun manufacturers when they bring back the right to sue vaccine manufacturers for adverse reactions; like autism... So let them stick that in their collective pipe and smoke it..

Shall not be infringed, does not have
any disqualifiers attached to it.
Regardless of how despicable a man
viciously beating a woman
domestic violence is).
There are no disqualifiers for the
God given birthright, protected by the Second
Amendment in our Republic, to keep and bear arms
and defend ourselves by any means necessary.
Entertaining any deviations from that is why
our Constitution is now daily used toilet paper.
And no matter how much(hollow & empty)tough talking
and posturing many of us do, we are all (daily)
butt-fucked slaves, and our Republic is
ruled(unopposed)by a communist dictatorship.
Own it.

Why can't we sue politicians for lying about their campaign promises? Isn't that in a sense, false advertisement? A car dealer can't tell you the car your buying runs great, is fully loaded and comes with a lifetime warranty and then sells you a lemon. We wouldn't take it from a used car salesman why in the hell should we take it from a politician?

".......denying RKBA to people merely accused — as opposed to convicted — of “domestic violence.”

If that's the case, then we need to start accusing EVERY secret service agent who defends Hillary of domestic violence.... effectively disarming them all.

"...and denying RKBA to people merely accused — as opposed to convicted — of “domestic violence.”

California recently passed "Gun violence restraining orders" so don't think it can't happen nationally.

Taking the following a step farther and without any specific of domestic violence,
you're '.....denied the RKBA to people merely accused — as opposed to convicted' as
a condition of 'probationary release' prior to being found guilty of anything if the ATF indicts you.

This is another continuing abuse perpetrated against citizens by the ATF. Punishment before ever being found guilty of anything. That's more bull shit that
needs to be fixed.

Want to see it stopped ? Pass legislation that ATF (and other alphabet agency assholes) can be held 'personally liable' for compensatory and punitive monetary damages for their abuses of authority !!
