The answer for these churches is to get out of the 501(c)3 program. I think that would give them a bigger first amendment leg to stand on.. We don't have "dual-gender" bathrooms in NYS yet that I'm aware of, but I'll tell ya' now, if i'm in a bathroom and a man, who's obviously a man, and more importantly acting like a man comes sashaying in there and starts doing manly things in a manly way, then we're going to have a problem. If he's truly trans-gender then I doubt if I would even notice his being there, but a deviate I will notice. And he may just be truly trans-gender after we have a little "meeting of the minds".

We PROMISE the the walls won't collapse, and lightning won't strike, if you come through the doors into this sanctified place. Not even if you're G-dless, soulless, atheists. We promise. But you MAY be called out by the pastor, if he's a sharp one.

This one is easy, just ignore the subpoena. This is a straight forward, First Amendment issue. Hopefully, pastors have the moral fortitude to go to jail for it. I am fairly certain my pastor would be. Too bad I am way closer to Nevada than to Texas.

Sounds like they need an open carry "Bring Your Rifle to Church Day" to remind the progressive twits what is waiting for them if they try to push this issue. They shouldn't even fight this one in the courts as it lends legitimacy to the original order. Just an un-Christian "f#*^! off" to the judge who dared to transgress our rights. Followed by some high velocity lead if they try to enforce it.

A pastor is free to call anyone out for some perceived action against their faith, even an angel. But if it's the wrong breed and temperament of angel, the pastor may end up with a jet engine dropped on his house. ;)
Still, said entity has a job to do, and if there is toxic leadership to be removed, scourged, or otherwise, then it must be done. No matter how annoying the persecuted buggers may be. :D
Unless it's just Joyce Meyer, Kenneth Copeland, Joel Osteen, and Joseph Prince. Then they can rot in jail so I can enjoy "hangover sunday" in peace. Oops, did I say that out loud? ;P

If God made homos that way, how can it be a sin? I think that lifestyle is genetic for 90% of homos. I don't think most of them have a choice. For anything to be a "sin", there must be a freewill choice involved. But, those churches need to tell the City of Houston and its courts to pound sand.

If I was a Houston Pastor, and by some careless oversight had neglected to preach such a sermon, I would scrap or postpone my plans for this Sunday and stand in the pulpit, silent video clips of the mayor on the screen behind me, while I read Romans 1:18-32 over and over and over, and send a DVD of the event directly to the mayor's office.
