What is needed is a network for communication that doesn't use the Internet. The old-fashioned BBS comes to mind. Dail-up, yeah I know, but it is unregulated as far as speech goes, and access is controllable.
So, if they want to limit speech, screw 'em. The BBS itself can be advertised on a "proper" web site, but ACCESS would have to be GRANTED.
Screw 'em. If we can't keep current lines open, well, we'll just open up different ones. The hell with them!
