And yes, Foamcore IS hard on knife blades! Don't know why - it's just paper and foam after all...

That looks great, but where's the shuttle from? I've been struggling to find one that seems in-scale with 28mm...

Thanks for the comments! In answer to your question, the shuttle is the Revell snap-together pre-painted model kit - I think it cost about $25.
