well I dont know much about birds. :) These seem to be a different variety. Maybe they are kids... You should talk to Vivek about them. He knows about birds. I am just the observer. :)

At the Shiwree mud flats we lay in wait... There are more birds of the human kind then the avian. We see large lenses and brightly colored colored chicks. It is cool to be bird watching.
The tide is way out. So are the scarlet Flamingo's. So we have to make do with their 'Lesser' cousins.
