Hello all,

Hey, just a few key stokes here. Jen and I are sick with food poisoning or the flu or .. you get the picture. It is not pretty. We ate some strawberry cream cheese on our bagels this morning. It has gone down hill from there.

I did not put my pedometer today. I will resume that when I start to feel better.
