I hope you won't be too hasty with a decison. There's still a chance we won't be outsourced. I know it's slim, but it's a chance. Besides we need you on our team. You're one in a million (or should I say billions) and we can NOT replace you. NOBODY ANYWHERE has your experience.
That's a tough decision Andy. For me personally it would be very tough to leave everything I have ever known...family, friends, the city I love to uproot and go somewhere else. I am not a risk taker and some are. My brother can't wait to go someplace new...it is all a matter of prespective. Just know that Jenn and I are behind you with whatever you decide.

Ok - pop quiz.
Here is the situation. My job may be going away, it may not (for now). I have posted my resume on the internet and received a few calls so far. The positions are not in the KC area. Knowing just what I have told you, would you venture to take the time to interview for a position that will remove you from everything you have known?
