YAAAAAAAAY! Can I tell you how glad I am that you guys still do this?? Can I tell you that I can't WAIT 'til I get back to living someplace where people trick-or-treat so I can place the same bookish demands upon their young minds? This tradition rocks so hard.
I loved the number of kids that came to the door and said "I heart books too!" Made me quite misty-eyed. Then there was the child that looked at me in astonishment and shouted, "It's YOU!!!" Met a parent living our block who likes T.S. Eliot. Quite an excellent evening!
Oh my gosh! I LOVE those pumpkins! I have GOT to remember that next year.

Cat in the Hat, Goosebumps, Sponge Bob, the Immortals, Warriors, Lightening Thief, Animal Farm, Lord of the Rings, Inkheart, Savvy,and two nonfiction titiles Insects and Trains.
