This recipe is a keeper cookie base for crunchy cookies!

Sifted:
2 1/4 flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 milk powder, but I didn't have so I substituted with flour
Pinch of salt

Other Ingredients:
250g butter, softened
150g castor sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg yolk
1 cup chocolate chips
100g nuts

Scoop teaspoonfuls onto baking tray, bake for 20min at 160 degrees.
