First of all, you've done an amazing job (you and your colleges) on DKCTF, this game is like impossible to measure, if you look at the reviews you guys innovated and also payed respect to DKC trilogy... DKCTF makes us wonder for more DKC
And your "I know the next game they release will be nothing but the utmost in quality. I can't wait to see it as a fan" I think you also has your signature on it too ;)

I guess you got tired of making Donkey Kong and Metroid games for past 40 years at Retro,its great you followed your colleagues example who left,it seems most of the talent has left retro,im sure DKCTF is the last game they release on Wii U.
Man even if you right Rival DKCTF being the last game (which I disbelieve that you're right) I would say that this is still the best game of this generation.

I really think you also shouldn't care if X is irrelevant or Y is popular, while I still agree with you about Naughty Dog and Nintendo not doing so good. Living a life based only in numbers or popularity will not be good.

I'm just a gamer (which knows a lot of programing, marketing but deep inside a humble soul that understands that numbers, sales, popularity tells you just a bit of a history) and I own a ps4, xone, 3ds, wii u... I love them all.
I'll give you credit, it takes balls or just plain rudeness to come on my blog and insult someone for complimenting my work, and the work of my co-workers. I can say having worked at Naughty Dog and having worked on U3 I am way prouder of my work on DKCTF. Also you stating that DKCTF is just a HD Wii game shows how laughably naive you are about game development. I've had people from Naughty Dog, Insomniac, Epic, and Sucker Punch compliment the work we did on DKCTF. So take your hissy fit and shove it up your ass.
"So take your hissy fit and shove it up your ass." wow you sound very professional,i swear its what i would expect from a 16 year old,for the record,i wasnt insulting Leandro nor was i insulting your co-workers,i was just offering my constructive criticism,about Nintendo and retro as a whole,it seems i strucked a cord,i guess as the saying goes..."THE TRUTH HURTS"...and by the way me saying DKCTF is just a Wii game in HD was a hyperbole, "figure of speech"...i was basically saying the difference between DKTF and DKCR on Wii U wasnt a significant leap overall, like Ocarina of time and Windwaker,or Donkey Kong 64 and Donkey kong Returns,instead of getting Butthurt read my comment properly without catching feelings.
Thank you for giving posts and articles were very amazing. I really liked as a part of the article. With a nice and interesting topics. Has helped a lot of people who do not challenge things people should know. You need more publicize this because many people. Who know about it very few people know this. Success for you....!!!
So August 3rd marks my final day at Retro Studios. It is a bittersweet thought, I have learned and grown so much at Retro. Ultimately the decision to leave stems from my career goals as an individual and what I want to eventually achieve one day. The only way to do that is to seek out new challenges and continue to push myself in new ways.
So where do I go next? Well I am happy and proud to say I'll be joining Bioware Austin as a Senior Environment Artist. I am excited for the work I'll be doing there, and the challenges that I will face.
I leave Retro Studios with much love and respect. I know the next game they release will be nothing but the utmost in quality. I can't wait to see it as a fan removed from the day to day of development. I am very proud of the work I have done at Retro and Nintendo and I remain a staunch fan!
