The humble little dandelion is so much more than just a cheery flower. It is like a multivitamin in a bowl containing vitamins A, C, D, and B complex as well as iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, manganese, copper, choline, calcium, boron, and silicon as well as bitter taraxacins (eudesmanolides), sitosterol, stigmasterol, alpha- and beta-carotene, caffeic acid and mucilage.
I could go on ... I regularly consumer dandelion tea for the bitter properties and always include dandelion greens in salads.

I have been thinking about getting one of those printers, but i would like to know how much does the supplies costs (lightbulbs, paint and so on) and where do you buy it?
By the way i came across your name/blog on Elsie Flannigans blog, reading about the Gocco and when i found out that you live in Denmark, (just like me - though i am born here) I knew you would be the one to ask :-)

look at this! how fabulous! you have so many talents, i don't know what gocco is... but perhaps i just need to read an earlier post. i love the dandelion quote very much! there is so much to learn from one another through blogging... i love that!

in typical procrastination mode this morning, instead of tackling my growing to do list, i was suddenly inspired to make a few gocco prints with my nifty little printer. first, i drew a dandelion and made a print master of it. [Image]then i put burgundy ink on it (it looks rather red here) [Image]then i printed it on some gorgeous little moleskein cahiers notebooks [Image]then i cleaned the master and put gold ink on it. [Image]and i made a few more notebooks. this is what i'm going to put up on etsy.i've been promising myself to do so for months now.somehow fear has stopped me. but now i'm ready. the dandelion, a cheery little flower that spreads its seeds of possibility to the winds.
