OK so now I am confused. You encouraged your daughter to emulate the work of another etsy artisan.
Why is it OK for her to do it? but not for crochet stones woman #2?

@lost aussie - well-spotted. but there is a VERY big difference. for one, we are not in any way PROFITING from this, nor are we failing to give credit where credit is due. these stones will not be for sale and, as you can see, they are nothing at all like amy's. this is an example of inspiration and especially inspiring the creativity of a CHILD, this is not plagiarism or theft. and that is a VERY big difference.

Children are fabulous teachers aren't they! Not everyone can see that or be open to that. Glad you know and appreciates the gift!

Your little Sweetheart has obviously inherited her Mothers creativity and gift of expression. My Children are grown, but I feel that exposing them to every thing creative and encouraging self expression has made them the wonderful people they are today. My Older Son can sew with confidence. After he works on rebuilding his Willy's Truck he comes into the house and makes new window treatments for the living room and cooks dinner. DIL continues to be amazed! Your rock collection is lovely! corinne
