Guess you and I could make great travel companions.
iving in the moment allows for greater possibities and less disappointments from anticipated results.

No kidding ... when I'm around people who are planners I just fuzz out. Where's the thrill of discovery if your life is like a train schedule or tidal chart?

The perfect vacation is driving down the road with no particular place to go.

I am that person. I HAVE to know what to expect. My boyfriend, however, is like you and isn't much a planner - always asking me why it matters.

They are just details. I'm working on it :)

in myers-briggs speak you're a "J" - Judger - just the facts. I'm the same way. Give me the task. Tell me where to start and where we're going. The middle I can't stand....it drives me insane. I can figure it out as I go along and if I need help, I can ask for it.

:)

I need the details, mostly if someone is expecting something of me. and I don't trust other people to take care of their end, so I demand details to be hashed out before hand so I don't end up amazingly pissed off at them for not doing something. Sigh. It's not an easy way to be...but I find that I must be in order to survive.

I roll the same way you do... and I think it's a healthier way to "be".

I find details are highly overrated and lead to disappointment. Best not to decide too many of them on a regular basis.

Uh-oh, I'm a planner. But not a crazy "reconfirm it a bunch of times" planner-- just a "know I have a decent place to stay" kind of planner-- then I can wing it ;-)

LOVE the photo and it's beautiful colors.

Cheers, jj

I'm totally with you on this one. You should never travel with too much of an itinerary!

I've heard it said: "It is only an adventure if the outcome is uncertain!"

Yay for adventures!
