Hello Julie

I love fall and all the beautiful colors it brings. I am sad at first to see summer go, but I do get over it. I also enjoy going to fall festivals and apple picking(Hendersonville NC).

Have a great day and week end!

Best
Tracy :)

Yay. I can comment at last! The magical post confused me for a good minute or so!

What I wanted to say was how much I love autumn. I understand where you are coming from, as being much further north than I, your summers are short and your autumn and winters darker.

But I love the changing colours (much earlier this year, they are going already); I love the crisp autumn mornings where you can watch the sun come up. I love the cooler air as the heat (and this year the sheer humidity) of summer winds down.

It doesn't feel like I've had much of a summer this year. It's my first where I haven't been either studying or on a school holiday. I've worked full time in a building with little natural light, missing those days where we really did have sunshine. I'm assured that it happened. The torrential rain over the last week too has signalled summers end, now that I am on a weeks holiday! I hope that it stays mild for a little longer but those crisip days are the ones I look forward to.

I'll stop rambling now and actually see what today's weather may bring!

I would SO love to feel fall again!
At the moment though it's still over 90 degrees - and far too summery for my taste.
Thanks for reminding me that fall is on it's way!
