sorry about your driver's licence. it reminds me of my dad in new york. he was working for the united nations. for three years. his german licence wasn't accepted. he had to go for lessons and a test. with 50 years. he almost failed with the question: why is it dangerous to drive on rainy days (or so). he was considering phenomenons like humidity might affect the brakes, longer way to brake, lower light, damaged windscreen wipers etc. but the correct answer was: because it's wet. may your test be as easy as the american test!
