sorry about your driver's licence. it reminds me of my dad in new york. he was working for the united nations. for three years. his german licence wasn't accepted. he had to go for lessons and a test. with 50 years. he almost failed with the question: why is it dangerous to drive on rainy days (or so). he was considering phenomenons like humidity might affect the brakes, longer way to brake, lower light, damaged windscreen wipers etc. but the correct answer was: because it's wet. may your test be as easy as the american test!
Share with me the recipe for the white icing - it's something I've been experimenting with recently ... red velvet cake's definitely looming in my near future - these look delicious!

i found the coolest greasemonkey flickr script the other day. it's a little widget thingie that reminds me of that linkwithin widget i used to have on my blog (but removed because it was making the loading time really, really slow for some people). when you're looking at a flickr picture, it gives you a visual list of "people who faved this also faved..." and i'm finding the coolest stuff that way! stuff i wouldn't have otherwise found. and expanding my flickr horizons. it's just another of those things that makes me love the big, giant interweb. endless connections, i tell you. and endless goodness.
