I love the idea of thinking about this in terms of renewable energy...

Here's an article I came across recently - its kind of a total downer, but also really exciting. Deals with the power of intention and energy and thinking...

I'm actually working on this this week also. I firmly believe your day/life/whatever is what you make of it. I know too many people that are miserable, draining and negative and secretly (or maybe not so secretly) love being so. Life's too short to be drug down by them.

Keep being positive! :D

You are so correct. Negativity is palpable, sometimes visible, sometimes not. Glad you were able to rise above it, so to speak. I absolutely believe in the power of positive thinking. Right now I struggle with it a bit, but truly it has saved my life. I am always interested in methodology. Would you share?

It is true, but doesn't it feel great when you knowingly experience it first hand! Sounds like the day turned out just lovely. Beautiful glowing photo too!
