Something really funny happend in Holland. Yesterday all the coffeeshops were closed at 18.00 hrs. The whole day most of them had a very long queue, without a doubt you can find a small video of it on YT. Today, not even 24 hrs later, the coffeeshops are re-opened again. Everyone can buy there yummy stuff again although they are not permitted to use it at the shop. So the coffee-shop is now a take-away or a drive-through?
I doubt seriously that there is another country with a similar "problem" ... :-)))

This a grim situation, one that may bring humility to the survivors.

Last week COVID-19 killed a neighbor, a friend.

Hello, just chanced on your blog. Its MCO Movement Control Order here in Malaysia till April 14th. This means only one person in a car to drive out and buy groceries, lock down from 7pm - 7am daily. Of course, everyone is stock-piling on food as we do not know if there will be a total lock down. Covid-19 is tiny but it has sent us many messages, the most important being to appreciate freedom, if only to just walk out and breathe, and it does not take a war to halt the world. Keep safe.
