Let's have a new site called Ginterest.
Geranium gin certainly does sound quite posh. I doubt I could find anything like it up here. I will be trying some vodka infusions however. The spruce tip vodka I made before was quite medicinal but balanced out quite nicely when blueberry juice was added.
Lately though I'm just adding a fe drops of Angostura and a wee bit of agave to my chilled vodka. It feels so very grownup.

Besides, gin rhymes with sin ...

My new favorite is Dry Fly Gin" from Spokane Washington. Dry Fly isn't a dead pest, it's a fly fishing reference.
