I need glasses for driving and I am only 21, I will be blind by the time I am thirty twelve!

Oh bless Sabin.... my friends daughter is much the same.

I am totally going to have to do an underwear picture somewhere in 365 now that has been brought up. Hee hee.

18... I remember that! It feels like an age ago, and it was only 3 years ago.

What blogged thing is this? I don't think I've quite got the hang of this flickr malarky yet.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope you have a fantastic New Years Eve :o) and next year brings you lots of nice things :o)

I loved the Mistress of Spices!

(though the movie was heartbreakingly crap)

Yes, there's something comforting about knowing the stores are open, even if you don't need to go. I'm the same way.

I'll have to pick up Mistress of Spices. It sounds really good!

Happy New Year!

I can't imagine you as old. Not with your capacity for witnessing and sharing beauty.

And I love that your child has gotten so creative with her passion that she's identifying thoroughly with it... and playfully so, it sounds like. Very cute.

Happy New Year, Julochka!

I feel your pain on the eye thing. I have been taking my glasses off to read. The doc said next thing I'll need is bifocals. I noticed that everything started to fall apart when I turned 40.

Happy, Happy New Year, Julochka! (Looking forward to seeing the results of Blog Camp 365, even though I'm not a photographer with offerings to submit.)

Well dammit. My underwear are already enroute. Fine. Just throw out the box when the postman arrives. We shant speak of this again.

PS. I liked Avatar. My favorite part was turning around to see everyone in the theatre wearing their 3D glasses like super hip zombies.

I just reread The Jane Austen Book Club yesterday (in one sitting, basically), even though I haven't figured out how to use my new camera or computer yet and have literally hundreds of books that I haven't already read! A bit of laziness, perhaps? Also, my eyes are rapidly deteriorating too. Reading glasses are in my near-sighted future. Is this something to do with the slide toward 43?

You know what makes me feel old? How many friends I have that are 50 plus now.
