Yes, vintage scooters are absolutely awesome. I wish I had one, too, but I can't afford it!
By the way, I do read your blog regularly and I'm impressed by your writing, both quality and quantity. Maybe I can try to make you a role model in that respect :)
JULIE, Jim has a vintage vespa. I will post a picture as soon as I get back home. Visiting grandchildren today. I think it is either a 1962 or 1963. It is red and it is awesome.
that red bike is gorgeous! i love the polka dots on the seat... can i impose something like that on my grey bike or is it going to break in shame...
i love the streetsigns, especially the sredzkistrasse because it sounds polish! i hereby propose we hold the next blog camp in cracow, plenty of pretty streetsigns/lamps there!
i wish i could have joined you! the combination of berlin (which i haven't seen yet) and such great company would have been a great birthday present :)
I'm so glad to see these pictures . . . because I am always too busy talking to properly take in the images AND I think my memory card has been damaged! No Berlin pictures whatsoever . . . oh no.

loving the street signs and lamps. I can totally picture me walking down cobble stoned streets lined with lamps like those.
