Never underestimate the power of your flexibility. I hope to reach old age with minimal creaks, like Maia!

A Mothers birthday is a special moment for a daughter I think. Her life creates our own, her experiences become part of our own, and her longevity becomes a mirror for future. Thank you for sharing this little video, what an amazing lady. My own dear Mum is 94. She is still independent, sustained by my dear devoted sister, and still making plans while dealing with the effects of aging. Happy Birthday to Julie's Mum!
