Hello,

thank you so very much for visiting with me. Your drink here looks YUMMY, though I too would be daunted by the coconut!

:-O

Have a beautiful day!

i think everyone needs a juicer. they are a most fantastic kitchen appliance. i make juice 2-3 times a day. great way to get those daily requirements of fruits and vegetables! :-)

I really need to get myself a juicer! But I feel a bit intimidated by the whole thing, and worry that I might spend all that money and find out that I really do not like the taste of veggies in juice form!

jaime--honestly, i don't think there's any possible way whatsoever that can happen. if anything, they taste even better as juice--especially beets. and i swear, within 15 minutes of drinking a glass of fresh juice, you will feel yourself beginning to perk up. it's like main-lining vitamins. only GOOD for you!!! :-)

I never forgot a boyfriend mangling his hands to pry open oysters with a screw driver. Sigh so romantic.

The juice looks divinely red, especially on the blue.

Beets hmm? You've got me thinking about this more seriously now. I want more veggies in my diet, and there really is no other way that really CRAMS the veggies in, you know?
