This is what my mother tries to preach to me at least 3x a week. She's one of those Evangelists that goes out preaching and like you I feel it's a personal matter between you and whatever you believe in, not to be shared among others. And like you said they've screwed up the last 2 dates, wonder what the new date is?? Well said by the way. It's best not to give them an inch or they'll soon find their way into your home going in circles around the bible and what it says and "what it really means" as they would interpret it.

I think you were polite to the grannies and very universal with your blog stated opinion.

It might've been more entertaining if you had told the grannies your house was a soul sucking vortex linked directly to the Dark Dominion and you're the Gatekeeper who grabs passing strangers. And you welcome them to your house. (sounds of door locking)
